Review each deliverables at your convenience, and we’ll revise the designs until you are 100% satisfied with the results.
All your design requests will live in our design board where you can track progress and invite as many team members as you would like.

You will work directly with Jeffery, one of the co-founders of Digital Park. We will bring on other designers to collaborate depending on the specialty of your design requests. Either way, you are in good hands :)
Once subscribed, you are able to add as many design requests to your design board, and each design will be delivered one by one. On average, most designs are delivered within 2-3 days. We work Monday through Friday 9-5 EST.
We understand that your design needs can fluctuate and you may not have enough design work to fill up an entire month.
Pausing or cancelling your subscription must be done with a two week notice by sending an email to office@digitalpark.studio with the appropriate subject line and body. Once recieved, we will pause or cancel your next month's payment and take care of the rest.
We do not issue refunds once services have been rendered, but we do our best to meet your satisfaction with high quality design and will revise until you are satisfied.
